The Maya Riviera has the world's second longest coral reef system just off shore. The Mesoamerican Coral Reef runs from Cancun all the way to Honduras. This is the premier dive location in the Eastern Hemisphere – perfect for the advanced diver or beginner alike. Snorkeling
There are a number of beaches that have fabulous snorkeling right off their shores. There is also snorkeling at many ecoparks - both underground rivers and lagoons. You could spend a life time here exploring all the great snorkeling spots we have. For more information, click here.
Fishing
There is some of the best fishing along the coast of the Maya Riviera. In addition there are a number of great fishermen who will take you to the best spots.
